1,8- cinole is a compound in eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils. Its is a TRPM8 agonist and may cause central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and breathing problems in those less than six years of age. Tisserand has great guidelines on its use in children that can be found here.
Taking tylenol and drinking alcohol when you have COVID-19 may actually lead to you becoming sicker and being sick longer. Both Tylenol and alcohol require a chemical called glutathione to be broken down in your liver. A low amount of glutathione has been seen to be associated with severe COVID. Talk to your doctor about instead taking and instead like Motrin or Aleve.

Plain English: Taking vitamin D and omega 3s may reduce your risk for developing autoimmune disease. They used 2,000IUs a day of Vitamin D and 1,000mg a day of Omega 3.

---Vitamin D supplementation ideally needs to be D3. The dose they used in this study (which was on adults) was 2,000IUs a day. Please note typical upper tolerable intake for Vitamin D is 4,000IUs per day.
Ideally vitamin D is always is taken with vitamin K2. Vitamin D is in charge of moving calcium from inside of your cells to your soft tissue. Vitamin K then moves that calcium into your bones and teeth. This is why Vitamin D deficiency is associated with bone loss and vitamin D without K2 can contribute to atherosclerosis.
Vitamin D2 is the plant based form of vitamin D and its just really hard for a lot of people to use. It Just by adding Vitamin D2 you slow the conversion of vitamin D3 from the less active form (25 OH Vit D) into the highly active form (1,25 OH Vit D) AND you increase the breakdown (catabolism) of the active form (1,25 OH Vit D). Not a good idea. (Link to study below)
My personal favorite one is Seeking Health D3+K2.
---For Omega 3 they used 1,000mgs a day. Since most omegas come from fish you have to be careful of mercury contamination.
I like the Nordic natural brand. I personally take the “ultimate omega” version.
STUDY QUOTE:
“Vitamin D supplementation for five years, with or without omega 3 fatty acids, reduced autoimmune disease by 22%, while omega 3 fatty acid supplementation with or without vitamin D reduced the autoimmune disease rate by 15% (not statistically significant). Both treatment arms showed larger effects than the reference arm (vitamin D placebo and omega 3 fatty acid placebo).”

Vitamin D3 is much more effective at raising serum (blood) 25(OH)D (vitamin D) levels than Vitamin D2.
